Bedford’s largest business centre has entered a new chapter, following its recent acquisition by Sirius Real Estate and transition to new management under the BizSpace brand.
The change in ownership was completed in early August, with Bedford Heights becoming part of BizSpace’s UK-wide portfolio of 75 locations.
One month on, the transition has been described as smooth, with both teams focused on growing the site as a key destination for businesses in the region.
Located on Brickhill Drive, just a mile from the town centre, Bedford Heights is one of the largest sites in the BizSpace network and the only one in Bedford.
Offering 238,000 sq ft of office and co-working space, the centre is currently 96% occupied and home to a wide variety of businesses.
Originally developed as the UK headquarters of Texas Instruments in the late 1950s, the site has played an important role in Bedford’s commercial life for over 60 years.

Its landscaped grounds, on-site café, gym, wellness studio and meeting facilities continue to make it one of the most sought-after business locations in the area.
Mo Jiwaji, Commercial Director at BizSpace, said: “We are very proud to welcome Bedford Heights into the BizSpace portfolio.
“It is a well-established, dynamic business community with an impressive range of occupiers, and its location and facilities make it a fantastic fit with our existing sites across the UK.
“We are keen to build on its success and ensure Bedford Heights continues to grow as part of the wider BizSpace family.”
Danielle Endersby-Browne, Centre Manager at Bedford Heights, added, “This is an exciting time for Bedford Heights. Joining the BizSpace portfolio brings new opportunities to enhance what we already offer, while keeping the strong community feel that makes the centre so special.
“We’re looking forward to working with BizSpace to continue developing Bedford Heights as Bedford’s leading business destination.”
